There is no author "Lucy Brown" listed in Books in Print. A designer named Lucy Brown contributed to a book about Thomas Kinkade designs. There are a few authors with first and middle names Lucy and Brown, but they all have a different surname. If the author to which you refer is self-published, she won't appear in BIP.
