No, this does not cause an error. Google would do what it normally does - search websites that would be relevant to search term "Google". Results you will get are your local/regional Google website, which would be the Google URL appended with your country URL suffix and other Google services available, such as Google Maps.

No, you will just get Google search results for the word "Google." I just tried it and nothing bad happened to may computer, but I did get over 1.7 billion results in 0.13 seconds.
