You must contact the corporation that produces the disc, either by phone or e-mail. Usually they will be able to replace the disc for you; you will have to pay shipping and handling though. In order to qualify for the free replacement, you must supply the company with the serial number of the product you own.

It generally depends on what product you lost the installation disc for, but in most cases, you should be able to get a replacement one sent to you. You won't be able to buy one in a store or anything like that, but if you visit the manufacturer's official website you should be able to request or order one.
