Odds are you will not be able to get the glue out. So the glue will have to be cut out.

A lot of people glue tracks of hair onto their heads with special glues. If you get glue in your hair by accident don't panic. Try soaking the hair in warm water most glues after they get wet will start to disintegrate or you can try using a baby oil and shampoo mixture to remove it.
