These types of health treatments are ambiguous at best, you should consult a physician before doing anything to "official" icy-hot pads are great, and fluids do as much as-the stereotype.

Bladder sling surgery recovery will entail rest and sitting still for a week or so at least. The bladder is in the central abdomen and will need rest to heal.

This bladder surgery is performed either through the vagina or abdomen. The two most popular materials used for the sling are Gore-Tex or Teflon. This procedure is mostly done because of urinary incontinence and the surgeon gives a local anesthetic. The success rate is very high and barring complications, recovery takes about 2-4 weeks.
