I hear a lot of girls calling eachother "girlfriend." Pretty straightforward if you ask me.

Squeaky, CareBear, Muffin, Buffy, Cookie, Sunshine. You can have fun with someone's initials -- as in the movie "Spider Man," Mary Jane becomes "M. J. " My fave is "C. J. " (caffeine junkie).

Women call each other all sorts of things. Most of the time, I call my girlfriends "sweetie," "hon," "babe," or "love. " That being said, it's also fun to make up names for your girlfriends based on their personality or interests. Someone who likes math could be called "Pi," or somebody who likes flowers could be "Rose. "
