Food made with bran like bran muffins or cereal are often full of fiber. Many fruits are also high in natural fiber like apples. Supplements are also available.

A fiber diet should include grains and whole-grain bread, buns, and bagels, fruits like blackberries and strawberries, vegetables such as broccoli and spinach, beans, peas and other legumes, nuts and seeds, and brown rice.

Whole wheat breads and whole grain pastas have a lot of fiber, as do many kinds of yogurts (although you have to check the label). Make sure you read labels carefully on bread; you want to be sure your wheat bread is made from whole grain. Also, fresh fruits such as apples have fiber, and so do prunes.

Fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Try to eat them in as close to natural state as possible. Such as carrots, broccoli, blueberries, soybeans, almonds, oatmeal, barley, apples, kidney beans, cauliflower, and don't forget plenty of water.
