Depending on the type of frog you are referring to they may eat other things than bugs. However, most frogs are generally too small to eat anything other than bugs. Extremely Large frogs may eat small animals - mice and rats.

Frogs eat a variety of things including other frogs, worms, fish, and other things they can swallow. Tadpoles mainly eat plant matter.
