What exercises are good for getting rid of loose skin?

Contrary to popular belief, there are no exercised that will minimize or eliminate loose skin. The only way to tighten skin is to build muscle under it to stretch it out again or to allow the skin to retract on its own. This may be a slow process and if it is stretched too far may require surgery to correct.

It's almost impossible to get rid of loose skin. Instead, start lifting weights so that your muscles get bigger. This will fill up the loose skin so it's tight instead.

Cardio is best for tightening loose skin, sit ups will help with the stomach area, and running will help with the legs. If you have any loose skin on the face you can do facial exercises like puckering the lips and raising the chin over and over.

A lot depends on why your skin is loose, but usually the best thing is to get bigger muscles, and this will tighten the skin. Lift weights - focusing on big compound movements like squats, pull-ups and bench press. Then, add additional exercises to target the area with loose skin.

Any exercise that tones muscle like sit-ups, pull-ups, or weight training will help. If there is too much loose skin there is no exercise to completely get rid of it.

The skins elasticity is genetic. You can help the problem by doing an an-aerobic workout but we cannot change our genetics. surgery may be the answer.

If you have excessive skin, there is no exercise which will help you with this (only way to get rid of it is plastic surgery).
