How do you get rid of loose skin without surgery?

I've recently lost a lot of weight quickly.

Lose skin is common after weight loss, especially after rapid weight loss. The best way to minimize the appearance of lose skin is to focus on toning muscles. Doing increased repetitions with light weights is the best approach for toning muscle. For upper arms, try exercises like curls using 2.5 pound dumbbells or medium resistance bands.

Loose skin isn't something that you can lose without having surgery, so I am afraid that you probably won't have a choice.

This is not going to be as easy at the quick weight loss. Exercise every day. Develop a routine for the target areas. It take months and sometimes a year.

It is not possible get rid of the loose skin without surgery. But, there is a workaround for that. If you are intrested in building your body, pump up the muscles by doing more weight training and fill up the lose skin with muscle. All the Best.
