Trooping the Colour is a ceremony that is performed by the British Army during the Queen's official birthday celebration,which takes place every year in June. Festivities include a Royal salute to the Queen, Her Majesty's inspection of the troops, a 41-gun salute, and a flypast by the Royal Air Force.

Trouping the color means to organize military regiments of the Commmonwealth and the British army, by using flags of different colors to indicate the different regiments. This is was performed in traditional warfare fighting styles, and today in ceremonial parade marches. The British army performs this routine on the Queen's birthday.
