TCS light stands for Traction Control System. It could be due to having transmission issues or faulty wiring. Therefore, if you're a novice, for safety reasons you should consult a licensed mechanic or repair shop to complete this job on your car.

TCS stands for the transmission control system on your vehicle, and indicates when service is needed for the transmission. This could be due to faulty wiring, or mechanical transmission issues.

This is a fairly difficult repair, if you consider yourself a novice i would recommend either consulting your car manual, or seeking the help of a licensed mechanic to-be safe.

The TCS Light is a warning light for the Traction Control System. You need to take the vehicle to the dealership to have the problem codes checked.

The TCS is traction control service. This is common for it to come on. It will turn on when your wheels slip in rain or dirt. The system increses/decreases power to each wheel to eliminate wheel spinning. If it is on all the time and the slipping conditions are not present then you need to have it serviced.
