Acidic blood-- when diagnosed by a reputable physician-- is acidosis: blood with a pH lower than about 7.45. Since many enzymes and proteins can become inactivated outside the optimal pH, slightly acidic blood can lead to problems over time. Very acidic blood effects proton pumps in the cells.
Our normal blood ph is 7.35-7.45, if it is below 7.35 it is acidic. this will decrease you ATP which is the food of the cell. you should take nuts, eggs, and meats to increase the alkalinity and reach the normal blood ph.
