I wouldnt worry yet. Five weeks is still kind of early to see or hear the baby. I was always always told i had to wait until i was 8 weeks to see the Dr. Could be a chance your not as far as you thought.
This could easily mean that the baby is just not large enough to be seen on ultrasound yet. It could also mean the egg initially attached but failed to grow.
