Particles in urine is nonspecific, it most likely means that the urine has some contaminants in them and the results probably will not be accurate. Usually particles are either dirt or flaked off skin cells.

Particles in urine can be anything from routine white cells from an infection to bits of protein usually associated with kidney stones. Some labs describe any foreign substance in urine as particulates.
