it means your scared and also you don't want to this happen,that is you don't trust your girl friend. in reality she hasn't given reason for mistrust,so you dream that she fills that void by telling you that she's a cheat. i think that your mistrust is probably caused by someone else.

If you dream like that it will surely happen one day in your life. but if you dream at morning time the possibility to happen is less. but if you dream at mid night means surely soon are later it will happen. so be careful and make plane what to do in that situation.
