The tree isn't damaged, it is only stressed and dry. You can help the tree by watering it, and if it is a baby tree try to give it shade.

This could just mean that the leaves you are looking at are old and getting ready to fall off. If the tree is growing leaves that are green at first, but after time and sun, they turn brown, it is normal. It could be sick if they grown brown.

In my opinion, there is nothing related with the tree itself, but the tree leaves might be sick due to lack of water and existing worms.Climate change can also cause brown edges.That is very common and you do not need overeact and think that much.Additionally leaves also have their life cycles.
