Iron deficiency can cause you to feel tired and weak, and to have low energy. It can also cause you to bruise easily.

Low iron can make a person tired. Iron is a component of the oxygen carrying haemoglobin. Lack of iron reduces how much oxygen your body can get causing tiredness.

You will feel very tired and sickly. Also you may faint on occasion. There are foods and pills that you can take to highten your iron levels and most of the time the doctor can help with this condition.

It can cause a person to have low energy and pale skin. A person can have rapid breathing. The skin can become pale. This is caused by low red blood cells. So there is less oxygen to the blood and heart.
