What does a vet do for a ferret intestinal blockage?

I don't know if it would be worth it to take my pet to the vet.

Intestinal blockage can be treated with laxatives and barium (CAREFULLY VET-PRESCRIBED ONLY). Surgery is also an option. You may have to handfeed a vet-approved babyfood/pedialyte mix for a bit afterwards, too. If you don't do anything, however, you are condemning your pet to a painful death. Please don't adopt pets if you can't take on responsibility of caring for them.

If your ferret have any intestinal related problems like blockage, it would cause loss of appetite, nausea, vomitting sensation, and other digestion oriented difficulties. For this first thing you visit a vet clinic, wherein the Doctor would do the necessary check up followed by an x ray taken on the affected parts. surgery would also be a relief.
