While the title may sound good you are really just a glorified gofer. You get people coffee and run errands, not a glam job but a good place to start.

This individual generally works on a studio lot and is an assistant to the producer or director. Primary responsibilities include delivering paperwork, script changes between producers, writers, actors/actresses and staff. Additionally, performing administrative or secretarial duties, handling cameras, and other studio equipment are also part of the daily routine. This person is always on-call and must be extremely flexible.

Usually they are assistant to stars, they bring them food, clothes, carry their things, they act like a personal assistant and sometimes they also coordinate the shootings.
