An order is written on standard paper. It will have a caption with the names of the parties and will contain the name of the court and the docket number. A paragraph will then state what the court has ordered, and it is signed and dated by the Judge.

A legal-sized piece of paper with (presumably) typewritten text specifying the order. Then, the order is signed by a judge and stamped by the clerk of the court or other official record-keeper.

A court order is a standard piece of documentation, formatted and worded according to the particular jurisdiction which the court is located in. At the top of the court order, it will have the name of the jurisdiction, and then the PLAINTIFF and DEFENDANTS names as well as the reason why these two parties are sought to appear in court.

It will have a state seal usually blue and white and be on a firmer bond of paper stating the issuing court and the recepiant to whom it is served.
