What do you value as the most important thing in a relationship?

Nothing is more important than trust. Without trust, you can never give yourself to someone else completely. A relationship will have its growth limited if there is a lack of trust, and such a relationship will eventually die. Other elements are also important in relationships, and some are even essential, but trust is by far the most vital quality.

Trust is the most important issue in a relationship and or marriage. If you can not trust your spouse you have nothing left.
