Get a marriage license, a witness and someone to perform the ceremony.I know that it is romantic and all but sometimes those marriages are not legal. They may be legal in their country but not legal here in the United States. Be very careful to check the laws in America. Good luck.

Non-nationals of Barbados must present a valid Passport and original or certified copies of applicants' birth certificates in order to be wed. Both parties must also be present at the Ministry of Home Affairs when applying for the marriage license.

all you need are your passports, your birth certificates, and a copy of the marriage certificate from a wedding officer. a license is $200BBD and the wedding certificate is $10.
