Many women respect men who have differing sexual preferences and are cross-dressers or transvestites -- as long as there is no expectation of a romantic relationship between that man and the respectful woman. Many other women are deeply hurt or perplexed by such behavior, particularly if the person involved is their partner.
The is no one singular opinion from women regarding men who wear panties and slips. The majority of women would find this to be outside the norm. However, there are also some women who would think little of it and even some who would find it attractive.
While one woman may think in any manner you may be able to come up with, "women" don't have any consistent opinion. Some are accepting, some will think the person is a freak. Women's opinions are not monolithic.
