Begin locking down all financial accounts so that she cannot take the money out of them. Document any proof you have of cheating and adultery. Get a lawyer to protect your parental rights. Get copies of all bills for the past months to determine if she has been spending money on the relationship.

From personal experience: if you love her, beg her to see a therapist and work it out. If she says no, see the therapist yourself, get a lawyer, move on.

You need to figure out if you want to try to make it work or leave her and get on with your life. Counselling may help you to determine this.
