It all depends on the vet's prognosis. This is something for the doctor to determine. It will probably depend on many factors. Health, age, and seriousness of the tumor.

You are faced with a very difficult decision. Your decision should be based on a variety of factors, including the cat's age and general health, your financial situation, and your vet's recommendation. Surgery is the most likely treatment, but it may or may not be successful.

The first thing is to speak to your vet. they will advise you of any available treatments and may refer you to a specialist. No one can tell you when to let your cat go, you need to decide for yourself.

The best and hardest decision to make is the one about whether or not to let her/him go. Make sure you bring up any and all questions to your vet physican. They can help you decide on a course of treatment and help weigh all the options before you make a final decision.

You must see a vet in order to leanr more about your cat's brain tumor. Often, tumors will persist and spread to other parts of the cat's body, including legs.

The treatment at this time isn't usually something cures the cat completely. However it will give your cat a little longer to live. Talk to a Vet and see your options and how far this brain tumor has progressed.
