Mold is a living thing and it occurs because the conditions are right for it. You need to kill it with a fungicide and change the atmosphere in the room so the spores don't settle. In general spores fall, so check out and eliminate any sources that are higher.

Black mold is hazardous to your health, so you have to call in professional cleaners to get rid of it. If you do not believe it is actually black mold but another less hazardous mold, you can clean it by applying bleach to the area in which it is growing. Bleach should kill the mold.

Black mold can be a health risk that cause lung diseases.You must get rid of it by using high concentrated bleach to clean and kill the mold. After cleaning you must keep the surface dry and check leaks because molds need moisture to grow.
