What degree do you need to teach PE?

You need a Bachelor of Arts in Education, with a specialization in physical education and/or health. You will need to take all required education courses, just like classroom teachers, as well as your minor in physical education.

To teach any subject you will need to obtain at least a master's degree. If you want to advance to college levels you will probably need your PhD.
