Most likely you have a heater core or heater hose leaking by the heater box, causing antifreeze to leak inside the car. A antifreeze water mix that's mostly water would appear to be all water when it really isn't. There could also be a seal problem around the doors or sunroof or t-top.

The vehicles heater core is defective and needs to be replaced. Your cars coolant is circulated through the heater core and when it malfunctions the result is a wet floorboard. Have a qualified mechanic replace the device.

Are you running the air conditioner? It's possible that your condensation tube has come loose from its normal exit under the vehicle and is dripping on the floor instead of outside to the street.

If it is just water, it may be a leak. If you have a sunroof your drain channels are probably clogged. Otherwise it could be a leak in the A/C system or the cooling/radiatior system.

The most likely places this water could come from are either a leaky heater core or a leaky door/sunroof seals.
