The most likely problem with your car is the EGR valve. Basically, this valve works to cool or heat the engine depending on the temperature outside. If the EGR valve is misplaced, dirty, or not tight enough it could be causing problems with your car starting. Have a mechanic look at it to determine what is wrong with it.

The sarting system has many parts that could show failure in high ambient temperatures, the most likely of them would be the starter motor. It is sometimes possible to check this by locating the starter motor and tapping on it with a small hammer, if it then starts thats the problem.

There could be several things that would cause a car to not start when it is hot outside. One is the car is out of gas, the battery is dead or missing, the contacts on the battery need to be cleaned and re secured, or the starter needs to be replaced.

The first thing I would check out is the battery of your car. When it gets hot outside the battery can drain so much that the car wont even turn over. That means when you attempt to start the car nothing will work. Even if you try to get it jump that may not work. Try getting a new battery
