What could be the cause of this red patch on my skin?

Usually a red patch on your skin is caused from it being dry skin or razor burn. Get yourself a good moisturizer and start applying it at least two times a day.

This red patch happened is because of the body heat. Every body can accept certain temperature only if body heat crossed normal temperature that heat will try to come out of the body. There is no other way except this red patch. This can be avoided by taking oil bath. Mainly have to apply the oil on head.
