Contact dermatitis from the elastic waistband of your underwear. It can be aggravated if you use bleach. Switch to underwear with stretch cotton covering the elastic.

I had the same questioon, then I found out that I am allergic to nickle, which is a metal that is used to make alot of belt buckles. Try not wearing a belt for a few day and see if it gets better.

If you have very sensitive skin your laundry detergent could be the problem. Try using a brand like one that advertises free and clear from irritants.

There are a number of possibilities. Only your doctor can tell for sure. Some possibilities include an allergy to a laundry detergent or fabric in an article of clothing, a skin infection, a fungal infection, or psoraisis. Treatment is available for all of these possibilities, but it is unlikely that it will go away on its own.

its probably your detergent, or it could be some treatment that your pants went through during the manufacturing process. jean makers often achieve certain textures with acid treatments. washing a few times should probably wash out any leftover chemicals from such treatments.
