You could be having small strokes, or heart problems. If this keeps happening you might want to get to a doctor ASAP.

If just the left side of your body is feeling these sensations, it is most likely a neurological issue. The numbness indicates some sort of blockage, and if you are feeling this for more than a few hours, you should be examined by a doctor.

I had similar symptoms for several months, which after MRIs and testing was diagnosed as stenosis of the cervical spine. Don't ignore the symptoms for too long as it can lead to more problems with your spinal cord.

If your whole left side is tingling, then there could be some form of paralysis. I think you should visit the doctor right away.

This is a neurological symptom. This could result from a TIA-Transient Ischmic Attack or a mini-stroke, a stroke, seizures, insufficient blood flow, prolonged pressure of a nerve, panic attack, whiplash, hyperventilation, etc. Advise to call your doctor if you are having these symptoms.

Having your left side of your body to tingle and to be numb sounds like a pinched nerve or maybe a pulled muscle. I guess it could be a bulging disk in your back or more than one. That will give tingling and numbness down one side of your body I think.
