What could be causing naval pain in a 6 year old?

In a six-year-old various problems could cause naval pain. It could be a stomach ache, appendicitis, bladder infection, etc. Get him checked out by the doctor if it continues.

I presume his sailors are upset at being led by a child. Though, I assume you actually mean navel. Well, kids don't clean their belly buttons very well, so it could be infected skin. Or it could be stomach pain of some sort that the child is identifying as coming from his belly button.

It could be sinuses or allergies, best to take the child to a doctor and have him/her examined in order to find out for sure.
