The most common cause of itching in cats is a flea infestation. The fleas moving and laying eggs cause the itching. Another possibility is some sort of skin irritation caused by shampoo, flea treatments, etc. You should check out the cat's skin, and try to pay attention if it is itching in one specific area, or all over.

A cats skin gets itchy because of sum organisms which are present in the skin of the cat. Hence the cause must be found out as soon as possible. Then this cause must be treated with drugs which are available in the maket. Your cat hair must be brushed up daily.

It could be dry skin and maybe you need to bathe your cat in a conditioning shampoo. But it could also be allergies, including one caused by fleas.

Felines itch for many of the same reasons we do: insect bites, allergies and dry skin. Look for bites, fleas and ticks. Check for watery eyes and nose and possibly some sneezing. If she has dandruff run a humidifier in the room she likes best for sleeping.
