You are either allergic to something or something is rubbing your shin, or both. Socks and trousers are the first and most likely candidates. Other possibilities include bedding as well as soaps, lotions, etc. If it is winter, this is a type of chapped skin. There is also a small chance you have a parasite or infection of some sort.

It sounds like you may be describing erthema nodosum, which is associated with many systemic conditions like inflammatory bowel disease. See your doctor for a definative diagnosis.

Well, this could be due to several reasons. If you are a woman, you may have a low estrogen count which as causing you to loose hair all over your legs. Also, if your a man this could indicate some low testosterone levels in your body. Therefore, you need to talk to your doctor.

You could have an allergy, if you're female maybe there is a problem with shaving your legs. Lotions, soaps and environment can be causing this. Toxins leave our bodies through our skin but I'm not so sure about the shins.

Hair loss on the legs coupled by red bumps is usualy caused by friction-the hair is worn away and the folicule becomes inflamed.
