Typically, an allergic reaction to a food product or medication would produce an overall effect to the body. I would investigate what I have come into direct contact with.

Lots of possibilities. The most common is heat rash. this can be itchy and sometimes painful. Also, poison ivy, spider bite or fleas. Could be lots
