I need to know what continent is in all four hemispheres.

Africa is the continent that is partially in all four hemispheres. If one looks on a map with the "prime meridian line" shown, along with the "equator" line shown, which divide the 4 hemispheres, one can look at Africa (the continent), and the answer will be evident.

That would be Africa. To see for yourself just take a look at a world map and find the Equator parallel and the Greenwich Meridian. You will see that their intersection is in Africa.
