Grady hospital has the history of administration of improper doses.It is due to less experienced doctors.As the employee turnover is high they are replacing them with some fresh trainee doctors.

The Grady Hospital has a history of violation of sanitation as well as medication errors. Several Drs. are currently undergoing multiple malpractice lawsuits. The Grady has a large turnover of staff which is the cause of many of its problems.
