What color of shoes/tights should I put on my 4-year-old with a red dress and gold shrug?

Glittery (Wizard of Oz shoes) Red or Gold (these can be bought at Target around Christmas time and possibly anytime online) These were my favorite shoes as a kid. I would recommend going with white tights, if this a winter dress up event. If it's a summer event you could go with something more sheer.

I would tell someone with a four year old that the tights they chose should be skin colored if the event is during the spring/summer and black if the event is during winter, NOT white. The shoes should be gold, if those can't be found then black with a gold accent.
