The color eye shadow that you wear doesn't depend that much on your hair color but rather on the color of your eyes. If you have blue eyes, browns and purples work well and if you have brown or hazel eyes light greens and browns look nice.

I would wear black because it will make your skin look lighter. It would also match your hair and look cute.
