What colony had the least money in the 13 colonies?

Of the thirteen original colonies. Which were Maine, Vermont, Conneticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolinia, South Carolina, Georgia, New York and Deleware. The poorest, by far was Maine, it was largely wilderness.

I researched and I really can't give you a correct answer. I'm assuming that some colonies may have been wealthier than others depending on crops and other ventures they had.
