Bahraini 5 and 10 fils both have a palm tree and Arabic writing on one side, while the other side states the value of the coin.

This coin is probably from Saudi Arabia, but could be from Bahrain, Lebanon, or one of several other middle eastern countries. Take it to a reputable coin dealer for appraisal.
