A lot of conditions can cause nausea and dizziness. If there is no apparent cause, hunger, motion sickness, and low blood sugar can all cause nausea and dizziness. It could also be food poisoning, a panic attack, heart attack, or carbon monoxide poisoning. If it is not relieved by food or fresh air, you should probably see a doctor.

There are many possible causes and you should see a doctor. One likely cause is an inner ear infection which can make you feel dizzy and off balance.

This can be caused by a number of things including dehydration, low blood pressure, vasovagal nerve issues (sometimes a precursor to fainting). If it persists, see a doctor.
