If you have a fuse box, check for a blown fuse and replace it if you find one. If you have up-to-date service, check your circuit box for any tripped switches, and reset the breaker that is affected. If a breaker keeps tripping often, it is time to check with an electrician for possible problems in that circuit.

This is unpleasant situation. It is probably caused by low voltage to your home. That should not be your concern but the electric company's. So just call them and explain it and they should be able to fix it. Do it as fast as you can because it could burn your appliances at home. It is voltage instability

most of the time a problem out side of your house like on the pole or down the line further also could be that you have a problem in the breaker box. also check the large appliances in ur house and make sure that they are not drawing more then they should just unplug them and see if that helps

You may have blown a fuse. You should find your fuse box and see if any circuits need to be reset. If you have a circuit that is pointing the wrong way, you just need to slip that switch back to the correct side. You may have too many appliances plugged in to one circuit.
