What causes mouth blisters?

I get these blisters all the time.

Mouth blisters are caused by a virus called Herpes Simplex. The blisters usually occur on the lips, cheek, chin or nose. Outbreaks can be triggered by physical or emotional stress.

It could be a form of cancer or herpes, or you could just be eating and drinking a lot of acidic things.

They're called aphthous ulcers. Nobody's sure what causes them. Stress, immune deficiencies, allergies, viruses -- the usual suspects. Sometimes foods like cinnamon or chocolate may be associated with outbreaks.

Constipation, stomach ulcers, gastritis, a person who is on drugs all these may be a cause of mouth blisters. Deficiency of Vitamin B complex may also be a cause. The treatment for mouth blisters are taking B complex medicines like Riboflavin, taking cold foods ex: curd, Greens and more vegetales.
