What causes leg numbness?

I can't figure out why my legs are numb.

Leg numbness can be caused by poor circulation. Many things cause poor circulation, including diabetes and obesity. Check with your doctor to be safe.

It can be related to high blood pressure, severe backaches(your nerves are being pressed), diabetes( problems in the circulatory system) among others.

The numbness sensation is called paresthesias. It is usually the result of nerve damage, due to pressure, entrapment, and nerve disease, continued damage can lead too total loss of feeling in the legs, any tinggling, numbness, or abnormal sensations should be investigated further by a medical professional as soon as possible

I know that leg numbeness can be caused by numerous health problems: infarct, paralysis, knee diseases. After all depends on our life style, we need to be more active.

Numbness in the leg is due to a nerve disorder. In the leg it is the sciatica nerve which could be compressed. Take vitamin B12 and neurobion. Consult your orthopedician.
