This could be caused by alot of things, the most common and easy to fix are, dirty fuel injectors, dirty air filter, spark plugs and wires needs to be replaced, and a dirty fuel filter.

Really it can be caused by a lot of thing. Either to a complete tune up or have a trained mechanic run some diagnostics on it to find the cause.
