Staph is a naturally occurring bacteria on everyone's skin. On the outside of the body it can be very beneficial, but once it finds it's way inside your body it can cause an infection. Methods of prevention include using antibacterial soap every time you shower and always wear clean clothes.

Bacteria is what causes boils. Usually the bacteria that causes these boils is staph bacteria. If you have a boil, it is a good idea to consult your doctor. Although some boils are fairly harmless and will go away with over the counter treatment, other boils might need to be treated by a doctor.

High temperatures cause boils. If you don't enjoy boils then lower the temperature and stay cool. If you still get them then you are just probably very filthy and need a bath. A bath is very good for the body so by bathing, you are killing many many birds with one stone.
