Snickers, the popular candy bar made by Masterfoods USA which is a division of Mars, Incorporated, was introduced in 1930 and was named after the Mars' favorite horse. The Snickers bar is a yummy snack that consists of peanuts nougat topped with roasted peanuts and caramel, covered with milk chocolate.

In the year 1930 the Mars family of the famed Mars Candy Company launched their second product. They named it after their beloved horse. His name was Snickers. Snickers are still sold today.
